Set in the early 1900s and starring the likes of Hugh Bonneville, Maggie Smith and Jim Carter, I am not ashamed to say that I watched the entirety of series one and two in the space of three days while my husband was overseas. I then rushed out to the buy series three and finished off the final episode in tears of sadness and fury. I&#8217;ll just have to wait for series four to see whether they can make up for that plot point.<\/p>\n<p>Full of drama, tragedy, humour and great characters (including the house itself), this is a program I can easily watch again and again. If you haven\u2019t delved into it yet, do so. You won\u2019t be disappointed.
